An Interactive mirror that helps you stay fit
OVERVIEW
SmartFit mirror is an interactive mirror that can scan your entire body and tracks your every musucle growth, BMI, Fat level, Temperature, Shape, definition. It provides you full guidance with training programs, diet tips, Exercise videos,etc according to your fitness level. It comes with a dashboard that can monitor your fitness level everyday, everytime when you stand in front of the mirror.

Problem
Around 60% of people in the world are worried about their fitness level and they facing issues in maintaining their fitness and tracking it. Most them want a personal trainer to guide them. Few of them are busy to go to gym and exercise.
27% wants personal trainer to train them
40% are lazy to go to gym
37% dont know how to start the workout or do the workout
